Boot Camp for Mom

Are you having trouble taking off that weight you lost after baby was born?

Want to meet new moms, have fun with baby and shape your body?

Baby Boot Camp is here! Join us for an hour long boot camp class each Monday morning. Bring babe in a stroller and stay after for play group and mingling with other moms. Bring water and yoga mats; you can also bring weights and stability ball if you have one. Pack a lunch if you want to stay and enjoy some time at the park with other moms and kids! $10.Children of all ages, as long as they fit in the stroller, are welcome!



Baby(ies) are always welcome to our Fit Mom classes, but if you want to leave baby at home with dad, that's okay too! Simply show up on your own or with a friend and enjoy the class!

Classes are led by a certified personal trainer who has experience with post-baby weight loss. You'll work out at your own speed, and both beginner and advanced movements and workouts will be provided.

Each class will be jam packed with exercises and information regarding fitness and nutrition and how they apply to moms and families.


Booty Camp

Hey ladies, if you want to get that booty in shape but are having a tough time fitting it into a full day's work, join us on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-7:30 at Lanier Road Park, Exercise Course, to get that butt in gear!

Classes will focus on cardio, strength and flexibility. Moms with children are welcome; we are currently working on providing a fit kid's class that will run concurrently with the Booty Camp for children ages 3 and up. At this time, if your child can fit in a stroller, bring him or her along!

Classes are $10. Bring water and a towel or yoga mat. If you have weights or a stability ball bring those along as well!


Run With Us!

We will be training for a variety of races in the nearby areas. Join us! A personal trainer/endurance runner will develop an individualized workout program based on your current fitness level that follows the training up to the time of the race. We will be running together each week and on the day of the big event, so you'll never be left alone in your training! $25 to train for the 5K (3 miles); $45 for the half marathon (13.1 miles); $65 for the full marathon (26.2 miles), plus associated race fees.

Trainings will be held on Saturday mornings; each program will meet one night during race training for dinner and socializing. Contact us or sign up for our monthly newsletter to stay posted on training dates!

5K training program for the Run Red 5K on St. Simon's Island begin in July.

Marathon Training for Space Coast Marathon begins in May! Half marathon training for this race begins in July.
