Though I was always very active, I found that after having two children in just two and a half short years my body took on a mind - and odd shape - of its own. I could lose the weight in pounds but my body did not respond to workouts the way it once had.

They say that after children your body never returns to its original state, and that is true! But that doesn't mean it can't return to something even better!

The problem is oftentimes that once you have children you don't have the time to go to the gym - or you don't want to stick your wee one in a germ infested club. I searched for a program that integrated the outside with fitness and that would let me bring baby but the only classes I could find were not run by someone trained in fitness, or did not accept young children in strollers.

That's when Boot Camp for Mom was born!

While it has been fun seeing this program come to fruition in Southern California, I'm looking forward to bringing it to the Southern Georgia area.

My program incorporates cardio, strength, flexibility and fun, all with baby in tow!
