Classes are just $11 for drop-ins, $10 for a multi-class pass, and ** $55 for unlimited monthly. First class is always FREE
We specialize in working with women who have had children and are finding it tough to lose that extra baby fat and women who are over the age of 30 and need to kick their metabolism in the, uh, tush!
So, bring baby, join with a friend or show up alone and meet new friends while finding the you that you know is in there!
